4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

6.1 Betting Rules

6.2 Technical Faults

If a technical fault in the system causes an abnormal result or a large win, bet link reserves the right to cancel that round. In such a case, the member's original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

Results shown in live casino, slots, and sports betting are final. If there is a dispute over any result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours. Disputes raised after this time will not be considered.

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of an account:

8.1 Suspension by bet link

bet link may temporarily suspend any account if there is a suspicion of a breach of terms or if an investigation is required. During the suspension, the member will not be able to deposit, bet, or withdraw. Once the investigation is complete, the account will either be restored or permanently closed.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their own account. To do so, they must contact the support team. The balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming
